Pilgrimage Day 11(5/29) - Mt. Gerizim, Jacob's well, Samaria, Bethel, Jericho

VISIT: Mt. Gerizim, Jacob's well, Samaria, Bethel, Jericho

Today is the last day of visiting the Holy place. My body is a lot tired, but my heart is sad Because tomorrow we have to leave.

Samaria was the capital city of northern Israel since about 890 BC, but Jerusalem was the center of Israel, and Samaria was always the region of the Gentiles.

At that time the Samaritans were despised as the dirtiest clan. However, Jesus drank the well water given by the Samaranian woman and shared her conversation.
It was something that could not have happened at that time. Jesus loved the weak, the poor, especially the Gentiles. It was Jesus' true love.
